| Welcome Grey-Clad! Have you downloaded the TLRB yet - a new version is coming out soon - but it's well worht a read to familiarise yourself with the core rules. A couple more squads are due to be added chaos cultists and kroot - so watch out for those! Laney  | |

| Downloaded it yesterday, just gave it a quick skim for now. It seems to be a fusion of Mordheim and Combat patrol; both great games. The only thing I see that discourages gameplay is the lack of races thus far, other than that I really liked what I saw (Special characters, equip, etc.) Looking foward to playing after I get some time to soak in the rules. | |

More races are coming up but they take quite a bit of time to create and balance.
Not familiar with Combat Patrol but very familiar with Mordheim.

| Sorry DB I meant Kill Teams (back of the BRB for 4th ed. 40K) I'm really stoaked to hear you guys are working on other races. I dig playing the game of WFB and 40K, but I was a hobbist before I played so conversions for squads this small will be really fun to do. Looking foward to it! | |

| Gotcha, Death squads is what GW should have done with kill tams, necromunda, gorkamorka and etc.
The kroot will be the next to appear and in time we will find a place for all the40k races in some shape and fashion.
If you guys get a gaming group going and post pics with battle reports you could be testers on new squads.
Check out the campIgn and bAttle report area to see what imean.

| Well Grey-Clad Stranger, Death Squads is intended to be what we believe Kill-Team should have been. Shame they did not continued... anyways, Death Squads has become much more than just Mordheim-in-Space or Updated-Necromunda and has become a nice game of its own. Look for tons of little things... The upcoming release (v0.6.0) will introduce the Kroot Mercenaries and the Chaos Cultists. Later, we will work on the Adeptus Arbites, Space Marine Scout Squad and Tau Fire Warriors Squad... then many others. Death Squads is FAR from finished. Rather than keeping this thing to ourselves, we decided to share it freely. Some people just want to play a finish product, while others do like and embrace the creative process. Feel free to have your local group join our little community. MAYBE we can bring back back to the USA... hehehe... right now is on the Neatherlands! | |
