|   Happy Birthday, edward & Long_John_Silver! You know who shares your birthday with you two? The ATM! Yes!!!! The Automatic Teller Machine was born in Sept 2, 1969! Well, you also share your B-Day with Salma Hayek (yum...) and Keanu Reeves (he is The One!)... but are 1 day shy of sharing with Charlie Sheen (The Torpedo of Truth?) While edward's mother was attempting to break the sound barrier (not with speed, but with SCREAMS) back in 1994, Miguel Indurain bicycled 53,040 km for a world record time... I was so drunk in collage, I did not remember that! The winner of awesome date sharing has to be The Great Fire of London... in 1666 (yes... 666!) it broke out and burned for three days, destroying 10,000 buildings including St. Paul's Cathedral. Long_John_Silver, if I were you, I ask your parents what kind of date they had in Friday, 10 December 1982... apparently they had a GREAT time. BTW, you are over 883,615,000 seconds old! Since edward was also born on September 2nd. I will add a couple more:
-The First Harley Davidson was made on Sept 2, 1903 (it had a 116cc motor less that 1/7th the size of the smallest motor they currently make)
-Japan surrendered on September 2, 1945 marking an end of WWII (V-J Day) | |
