| My wife texted to me this morning, as I was teaching 4th grade, and suddenly the day seemed so long! A package had come! And as she said: "It's probably some of your toys... it says War.. something-something". I was absolutely thrilled! Well at home I rushed through the apartment to find the Package on the table. And I almost fell to my knees. It was the prisoner! And not just any prisoner! Grabbing the Package in my trembling hands I rushed to my office, and brought up my camera. Feeling like an archeologist I gently placed the Package and clicked away: The Package was from Mordheimer, as you can se and I almost cried out in joy when I openeded it: The Package was filled with marshmellows from beyond the ocean! I had to stop for a moment to realise that I had recieved something across borders, across oceans, across language and ethnic heritage. This felt important. Something was tugged at the side of the Package, and I gently pulled it out, not to disturb the moment, or break some of the precious cargo: A story delivered to me, and for MY prisoner! I could not wait any longer - I had to dig deeper in this acheological site - this portal to another world: Something startede to show - some bits of paper, and I knew I'd struck the mother-load: As the bits layed on my table I was reluctant to even open them. I savoured the moment, and drew in a deep breath. This was what I had (impatiantly) waited for. The Prisoner: I'm absolutely awestruck at this piece. Of it's importance for me as a member of this community, and as something that have traveled far and wide. It will be a centerpiece and a peak in my hobby and I will treasure it dealy! Thanks Edwin for this. Words are lacking but my gratitude are not! | |

| AWESOME! I was worried about it. I sent it a couple days late, as I wanted the story to be done. I really liked that you took pics of the unvailing... hehehehe... funny! I live for those moments in which "I can be there"... so it means a great deal!
The base for the diorama is functional (playable), so feel free to use it on your games. Hmmm... I just thoughtof something. You could prepare a 25mm base so you could sit Commander Dozer (the IR Commander) by the pin he has up his butt (hehehehe) and use HIM on your games as an objective. WOW! I should had made one.
Anyhow, I'm really happy you like the work. Thanks again for the pictures. Enjoy the extra goodies!

| Excellent! I love seeing Mordheimer's work photographed with Komfritten's backgrounds.
The lighting on the bomb looks fantastic in the finished state. The whole diorama has lots of love and detail. A great scene. And most importantly very playable! Great work Mord, your prisoner will be done soon!

| The pictures does not grant the Cherubin justice I will add - The colours are just creepy and blends better than this enhanced high deff pictures.
I'm at work now, but tonight or tomorrow I will post some of the "extras" Mord put in too! Now I have no excuse not to make a Imperial Renegade or even a Chaos Cultists squad =)
Spoiler: I've got something shining gold! yay! =)

I completely agree with Da Bank, you can almost feel the thrill of opening the box and getting the contents out! It's also looking even better in your pics! How did you do those perfect base cutouts Mord? I know I struggled to get a perfect hole out of the base for my prisoner.
