orkpothicary...?

so I played in a local tournament on saturday and the store has a used models for sale.. I found the remains of a mad dok grotsnik his urty syringe and power klaw were missing and he was in serious need of some paint stripping.. but I saw potential.
I didnt want to give him a power klaw but at the same time wanted him to have one so I could have him do double duty as both grotsnik and a regular painboy if need be.. so taking a cue from my beakies and using some plasticard and bits I came up with this.. I still need to go back and do some clean up with green stuff.. but just whanted some opinions seeing if you like where im going with him.

That IS a scary Painboy!!! Love it! You are a VERY creative dude! I'm honored you shared... you opened my eyes to more possibilities. Everything is super nice... my only suggestion would be to 'straighten' the 'Urty Syringe needle (seems crooked). The dual chainsword are EVIL!

yeah the syringe will get straightened when i do the greenstuff clean up work.. i need to round out the base of the needle which will center and straighten the tip. thanks for the comments.. ill also upload some more pics of my boys

An awesome follow-up would be to do an entire "Looted Command Squad," where all the Orks take their cues from Space Marines: "Ork Tekmarine," "Ork Sergeant," "Ork Chapta Banna Wava," etcetera...

hes going to have the full suite of weapons, burna, powerklaw, kustom megablaster, and kustom force field all will be on the model.. that way i can run him with whatever i need to when i need to

He's getting there...my bionik orks have taken a life of their own...every mob of 30 will have atleast 5-10 bionik limbs even my bloodbowl team has bioniks lol

my current Ork squad is the B'Orks and you can see my work in this section..

I no longer do blood bowl but had a cybork team as well.... even used the unofficial rules.

That is great! I love the use of the drone.

My bionik orks started because of the bad luck I had when I first started playing them so I rebuilt them...harder,better,faster, stronger or so the song says...fluff wise the warboss was near death after some seriously bad battles and the big mek and painboy rebuilt him..they crossed the wrong wires and fried what was left of his brain. The warbass loved his new cybork body...he began to worship the machines that kept him alive and to pay honor to the machine god he worked with the painboy and big mek to turn his boys skin the colour of the machine god...he wanted to out do the beakies and become the chosen war bringer of the machine god.
