I just recently found your site and I've been reading through your rules set. I love it. I can't wait to play.

I'm from Richmond, Virginia, USA. I play mostly 40k when I can but mostly I just build and paint models and terrain.

Welcome aboard man! Where did you found about ? What army you play in 40k? Any chance you can post pics of your models and terrain? I like pictures!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I found out about Death Squads on Tom's Boring Mordheim Forums. I just started building a possessed war band earlier this year.

I play Orks and Chaos Space Marines for 40k.

WTF? That is great stuff. Your pics are great. Welcome to the group. If you love to paint and convert then I believe this will be a great avenue for you as Death Squad does require that (if you want) to make each model individual and different.

Some of that is my Chaos army. There is actually five armies owned by four gentlemen on that table. One Imperial Guard Army, Two Nurgle Marines armies, one Daemons, and one Eldar.

That is my scratch built Great Unclean One. You can see and read more about it if you look around on my blog.

I'll definitely post more stuff here as I get up to speed on your site.

Yes. Death squads appeals to me because of the narrative nature of the game and also the opportunity to build custom individual models, which I enjoy the most.

Right now I'm trying to get my crew and the rest of the locals interested in Death Squads.

I'd say, in that picture, it seems as if the group in the bottom left gets their a**es kicked by some eldars. Dangerous situation, could easily become charged from behind, if they all fall.

is great maybe 15 to 17 minis to move if your lucky.

plus lots of conversions to be have...... [as you can see from my average attempts in the painting section]

We only play games like that once or maybe twice a year. That game took about 9 hours, it's a bit intense. You have to make a lot of effort to keep it fun.
