| So. I finally started with this project. But I am really bad at taking WIP progress photos and I was cutting and gluing and greenstuffing and totally forgot to take pics. The fig is still far from finished and lots of work is to be done, though. I want to share a picture of what I am basing a conversion on. And you can guess what I am planning with it. The picture is from the internet, as I forgot to take a picture before I started. It is a Fys'okro from Mage Knight range (long forgotten now ). | |

| Ten points to Wookiejunior!!! I know, the fig looks les awesome with just a proper number of arms, but the bottom part simply called to me: "Krooooooot!!!" I acquired a kroot head and rifle from my friend. Then I took WHFB Lizardmen Temple Guard head and made the bone helmet (by cutting out the actual saurus head - what a fun ). Other bits are plasticard... Since taking this pics, I cut off the left leg to change the stance a little bit. Now I have to play a little bit with hands and the rest of the rifle and the finish the neck-armor piece - I am planning to add some feathers or some elaborate "metalwork" on it. Some additional sculpting i also going to happen on the skirt/robe. I was also thing about making some CC weapon he could carry by his side... Any ideas? Some sort of sicle or bonesword? Something else? What do you think, guys? Also, the other part of the original body is going to be used some day in the future (maybe next PE? ). | |

| Looking good. Was this model prepainted by the manufacturer or did you use it before? | |

| @Narcissus: Thanks. It was indeed prepainted. I was thinking about taking the color down, but it seemed pretty resistant, so I decided to keep it as it was... I hope the paint will stick on well enough... | |

| Hey guys. I won't be able to finish the Prisoner in time. I've got all the modeling part done but not yet even basecoated it :(So I am still in and the prisoner WILL BE COMPLETED, but sadly it won't be sooner than mid-November. I hope you understand and will still count me in | |

| Hey again! Sadly I probably won't be able to finish the Kroot prisoner in any reasonable time to participate in the event. I am very sorry about that. I can offer this fellow instead - I started it for PE2012 along with the Trash-Kan and later decided to proceed with the later rather then the first. So in a way he is a prisoner, although not intended for this years event. So if it's okay to go with this mini, I am still in and ready to ship him out. Otherwise, I am again very sorry, but I can only offer the unpainted Kroot :/ Lazi | |
