| I spotted this sucker over on CMoN; it fits nicely with my own conception about what a city board should contain. Cool, huh?! http://www.coolminiornot.com/257299 | |

That's the spirit...seeing what is possible is a definite motivating factor. In games of the skirmish variety, like Death Squad, the level of modeling/painting that is attainable is SO MUCH HIGHER than what one can hope for in large scale games... SO GO FOR IT!

| ... and that, ladies & gentlemen, is why I can't seem to be happy with my terrain. THAT is exactly what I envision... instead I produce funny looking stuff.
Thanks for sharing... at least I know now it is not impossible... just impossible for ME! HA!

Thanks for sharing... at least I know now it is not impossible... just impossible for ME! HA! ...trust me on this, building terrain is really fairly easy, especially with the accessory pieces available from companies like Armor Cast ( http://armorcast.com/store/index.php?cPath=120 0. )...it just looks intimidating. Given enough foam & the $s to order from A.C., in 6 months, I could fill your house with enough Death Squad stuff to force you into living in the garage. BTW it's the opinion of most of the Guys I've painted for that my terrain is MUCH BETTER than my minis...the bastards.

| DeafNala your minis are amazing, I would love to see some of your terrain. My curiousity is peeked, are there any photos floating around that you could send a link for? | |

| I'm really too much of a cheapskate to buy terrain, when I have a ton of foam lying around. For me, it always comes down to either painting mini's or building terrain. Since our regular place of gaming is a friend's house who has a TON of cool terrain, the mini's usually win out. Hmm... | |

I should have HORDES of photos, but unfortunately the Guy I did the Mordheim, 40K, & War Machine boards for never got around to doing the promised photos..there seem to be an inordinate number of folks in my life that don't manage to do what they say they will . HOWEVER I do have a photo or two of one building & some accessory pieces for Mordheim: http://boringmordheimforum.forumieren.com/scenery-f13/building-by-deafnala-t1237.htm http://boringmordheimforum.forumieren.com/scenery-f13/random-thingys-for-the-montana-kid-t778.htm Not the finest of my work, but they'd give you a feel for some average pieces.

| The pics above and your own work on the links are superb! I already had an idea to do some cool terrain heavy boards (a mordheim and a space station) for my workshop (still in progress!) - I was going to use WWG new stuff (except its been delayed ) but I might just try and build a few of my own first! Great as always - thanks for sharing! Laney | |

| WOW!!! Thanks for sharing those links. I would have to argue against those being "average", those are incredible in my humble opinion. Excellent work yet again, you never cease to amaze me. | |
