| I recently lucked my way into some free basing, bases, and some balsa wood . I have no idea what I'll use the basing and balsa for so any suggestions would be great. I did a test base and I'm fairly happy with how it turned out. any ideas? And a random dwarf I painted and decided to try the basing on. I made the pictures way too big sorry but any feed back would be appreciated. | |

| Love the dwarf - I was busy looking at that rather than the base though - you distracted me! The base looks good - the balsa wood might be good for planking if cut thinner (like the inside of a bar), or a wooden sign on a bigger base, or whatever your creativity can come up with - now that's a challenge. | Thanks guys, I decided to paint the gravel basing brown, light black wash, brown drybrush, and then a tallarn drybrush I'm glad you think it has worked out. I will carry on just doing grass basing for now but I couldn't resist with the dwarf it's a very cool model. 02Laney Glad you like him he was great fun to paint : . I was thinking about doing something like that but I really don't have much creativity when it comes to terrain so any other ideas you have would be great. Any ideas for what to do with all of these bases? | |

| Librarian Sorry it's not often I get supplies so I want to keep most of them but if there are any specific bases you need I'll have a look. | |
