Imperial Guard Zombies

I have been wanting to make some Zombie models for Death Squad for a long long time. Even though I have no use for them at the moment.

Here are the three I made up today. I ran out of bits so I ordered some more and hopefully will make some more in the future.

Someones going to say it, so it might as well be me........

No squad at the moment, just for fun. Though I do have a special Halloween scenario in mind.

LOVE THE ZEDS! Having a Living Impaired Squad gives you an excuse for lousy shooting...excuses can be SO valuable.

I wrote a Halloween Mordheim scenario a long time ago that I can rewrite for death squads.
That way everyone can kill some zombies but I won't submit it for the upcoming scenario contest.

Nurgle Zombies WASTE stuff.

Khorne Zombies are more 'environmentally conscious'. They eat the brains and use the Skull for the Throne.

Cool - Zombies are always cool! I love the guy in the classic pose. I may just have to steal this idea!

I'm thinking about rewriting the "Random Happenings" from Mordheim for quite some time now. The appearance of a small group of zombies on a roll of 44 for example could be a nice use of your models!

There are quite a few ork skulls floating around. The SM scouts I believe has one with a bullet hole, one of the Vindicare assassins is standing on one, if you can find them Gorka-Morka had some nice ork skull banner poles (they are what I used when I made my Mordheim converted zombies). Also, you maybe could find the old WHFB Dogs-of-War (cannot remember the name) kit that has all sorts of skeletons of different races. Then you could use some greenstuff to add a little bit of tattered flesh.

You could also maybe make ork zombies with plaguebearers, by splicing an ork head onto them. I am not sure how that would look.

I think I must have one of two of those Cursed Company orcs laying around, you can have one if you like.
