| Hello there. I couldn't wait and I started building a prisoner. I'm not sure if it will be the one I send, but I'm happy to say this event has inspired me and I'm enjoying it greatly. Here's a link to so WIP of the prisoner: http://goblinminimart.com/2012/02/03/death-squads-prisoner-exchange-2012-wip/ (Because I can't upload attachments to the forum.) - Just uploaded the pics! (the Mordheimer) Thanks for viewing. | |

| VERY cool progress! Gutz is looking GREAT! What else are you going to do, to push yourself? Maybe a custom base to enhance Gutz showcase? I went to your blog (SUPER GOOD PLACE TO CHECK STUFF!) and just grabbed the pics and added them to the post. Easy to do... just press the and add the location of the picture. Basically, it should look like... - Code:
-
[img]http://goblinminimart.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/KurtzDSPEfinishedfront.jpg[/img] When you post that... you get... Kurtz!!!

| He'll definitely get a custom base. I also built up his respirator equipment, adding hoses and tanks. I'm not sure I like that gun. It looks like a rail gun or something a bit to high tech for a lowly chaos renegade. I think I might cut down the fancy grip and add some clunky bits to it. Maybe just replace it with a shotgun.
Everybody loves a shotgun.
What do you think? | |

| Cool looking prisoner - I like the gun (could be a piece of uncovered archaeotech - might even be a whole story behind it).

| Dude, this is amazing! I never saw the Wargames Factory gun upclose and I must say it looks better than what I've expected.
No need to exchange that gun, after all renegades can steal high tech experimental weapons (actually, what a great way to test a weapon, 'lose' a box to a bunch of renegades, very fifth element Zorg-like) lol

| I didn't realize it has been two years since I made Kurtz. Time flies.
I got a bunch of wargames bits from a friend. They come with three guns, a grenade launcher and a flamer. I got all the railguns and shotguns. The shotguns are really cool.
I'm making another renegade with the bullpup shotgun right now. I'll put up pics soon.

| The gun is awesome! I don't like the sword thou... too much? The gun looks like a two handed weapon... so maybe something else OTHER than a Close Combat weapon? | |

| I agree with the sword being a bit iffy, but thats just because everything else looks pretty out there and funky, and then the sword just looks a bit dull. If you have any fancy looking close combat weapons anywhere i think they would be perfect for the job. Besides that, its looking awesome, think its gonna be a really good looking model | |

| I added some details to the respirator, as you can see. I also swapped out the rather dull looking space marine scout knife arm for this slightly more haggard looking storm vermin dagger arm, the new weapon has a nicked up evil looking blade, and the arm comes with a spiked wrist band. I'll file down the furry bits and maybe add an armor plate of two to beef it up. My other arm option is on the ground, a beast man arm with mace/pick. I liked the dagger more. What say you? | |

You people and the Hrud (I can't STILL say the name out loud... stupid English!) are driving me insane. Hehehehe... any updates, Skeller?

I cut off the feet and added 2mm of leg to make him taller. I pinned them together and then built it up with green stuff. I cleaned up the arms and attached them. Sorry no pics yet. Maybe Tomorrow. I'm still working on the legs and I have some plans for the respirator back pack.

| So... my camera broke. The model is coming along fine. I armored up his legs and I've given him a back pack. I'm building his custom base at the moment.
Just don't expect to see any more pics for a while. Sorry.

| So... I figured out how to change the settings on my phones camera. It works great. Behold, Ghus' new boots and maybe a new heavy friend. Black ork based gun servitor is in the works. Ghus is just about ready for paint. But I think he may need a helmet. | |

| Very nice. The black orc body should make a nice servitor. Any ideas for the head yet? That always seems the tricky bit with using orcs as humans as they have that awkward neck to get around. | |

| WOW! Few things.
1) TUTORIAL!!! If you 'found' a way to take such AMAZING pics with your phone, PLEASE make a tutorial on how to do it. Search the web for screenshots or whatever. You be a a pseudo-Emperor among us mere mortals! Seriously, the community will be greatly improved by your discovery! THANKS!
2) Ghus is looking awesome. I would suggest drilling the barrel of his gun. You have a pin vice, so it should not be difficult and adds TONS of realism. Again, his face mask is very well done!
3) The Servitor is looking great too! Same advice, drill the guns. For the head... I think you will have to sculpt something. GASP!!!!
Thanks for the wonderful updates?

| Well, the phone tutorial is short. 1. Buy a Casio Commando Phone.
2.Don't set it to Night Shot.
3.Take awesome macro pics.
Concerning the gun barrels, I always drill them out. I just haven't got that far yet. I'm still cleaning mold lines off spots I missed.
The servitor is going to get a sculpted head, as all bits searches have turned up nothing appropriate. It should be something big and industrial looking. I'd love to do some hulking diesel looking mass of iron and pipes and then put a tiny doll mask on it. But I my not possess the skills quite yet. Maybe I can find an elf head to slice the face off.
I do know I will cut down the neck knob and add a large gorget(sp?) for the head to sit inside.

| Mr. Ghus is looking GREAT! The choice of not drilling the gun is a good one (IMHO)... you can 'make' the hole with paint. If you paint the gun balck and drybrush metal, then you could paint the hole black, do a thin stripe with grey and then metal on the edge. That will be your challenge! HA!
The choices of bits is perfect... and the boots are Ace! Thanks for sharing!
