| I can't believe you have finished so much. In the same amount of time I have finished 10 tanks (and that is speed painting for me!). | |

LOL yeah but mine are merely at Table top standard YOURS are way above that level. I am only trying to get them to gaming level. as I want to PLAY Battlegroup Kursk not spend my time having to paint up heaps of minis. btw: I just finished painting up the following 1 Forward Head Quarters 3x StuG III G 1 Sd Kfz 251/10 Half Track [Armoured Panzer Grenadiers Command vehicle] 1 Sd Kfz 250/3 only thing left to do is the Panzer IV munition carrier which I forgot to grab and paint up I guess that will be done tomorrow night. Will take pics as well and post them p for you to see. Cheers LGW | |

| Well that's the lot have added in all of the pics into the previous post. With only the Panzer IV munition carrier not pictured, which is awaiting a ink wash and some dry brushing. All of the tanks also lack any transfers which are on order [as is most of my Soviets] once they arrive i'll do the detailing on the Germans and then contemplate whether to base all of the Vehicles.
Like I said the minis are not up to your painting standard Narcissus but considering I actually want to HAVE a GAME sooner rather then latter these will be fine. I may add some more flags to the Officer standards/tanks so I can see them from a distance but I'll see how I feel in a week or so. Got one more night shift left then days off. I don't have much in the way of the Soviets yet so may spend my time making some terrain while I await my order.
once the Soviets arrive will post them up and as I detail the Germans I'll post them back up. I do want to add in a Ambulance, gt some Kublewagens for some of the FHQ options. get some Bridge layer vehicles as well which are part of the engineering support units.
the max points I'd want to play would be 1,500 as that can be played on my 6' x 4' table anything bigger would need to go onto a 6'x 8' table.
Also the Battlegroup Overlord is being released in April so this would allow us to play Late War Normandy. I am keen to get either a Panzer Company or FJ company... not sure if I'd take Brits or Yanks. time will tell.
