Pretty F'n cool. I really like the theme you've got going here.

The elf legs make them all look a might short though.

VERY good models... makes me wonder is they are going.. Commando?

Explorator Optio "(Don't Call Him) Elrond" Hubbard, the guy with the sniper rifle is built straight from the Imperial Guard Command Squad plastic box, only swapping a Cadian head for the unhelmeted High Elf Spearman (I checked, no visible ears!) and he is only just above the eyeline of everyone in the squad except Beefy Gee (who, with his robotic head is a bit taller). The bottom of the sniper's eyes lines up with the top of everyone elses' eyes...

This means, lined up for a glammor shot, my sniper seems a bit tall, which fits the "haughty air" I envisioned for the guy based on that head... But the difference is so minute that on the table top, you'd be hard pressed to pick them out from any other Guardsmen.

I plan to knock out another four or five "lasrifle only" infantrymen for the squad, and then I just need to paint them.

And find a use for 20 legless high elves... "Forward, Elves of Ulthuan! CHARGE!"

These look pretty cool, especially the Beffy Gee model. One thing though is if these guys are Ad Mech I would remove all the Aquillas and try and either paint or model the AdMech cog on them.

Thanks Mord. Ive been around its just the last year or so has been a real pain in the ass with real life and such. Hasnt left me with much time or motivation to do gaming . Trying to work on fixing that though.
