Here is a great tool on the vallejo site for finding equivalent colors in different paint ranges: http://www.paint4models.com/. Very useful.

Here is a good chart comparing colors from different brands also http://www.dakkadakka.com/wiki/en/Paint_Range_Compatibility_Chart.
