| Thanks guys The FW GUO is on the wish list but it's waaay too big for 40k games. It would be an apocalypse only model. GUO got his left arm finished: The Plague Bearers heads got a little GS on their lower faces/jaws: And the first steps of my Beasts of Nurgle: Cheers | |

| Ha ha, I think Laney and Narcissus share the title of Mr. Green Stuff. Maybe Mr. and Mrs? Tried making the GUO's nasty rotten stomach but it looked horrible so chopped it up and filled the hollow hole up with glue from my gluegun. I'll give it another go tomorrow. And the first four Beasts heads are done: | |

| I'm working on it. Problem is the GS need's to cure before I can go on to next part or I'll end up with big finger prints all over him. But I'm working on his stomach and so far it look's nasty! | |

| As you may have noticed I often get bored with my projects and don't really finish them. Well that has happened again so the GUO is lying in a box somewhere wondering if it will ever get it's head. It will, but not right now. The date for the next Emperor's Chosen tournament has been revealed and I'm in a hurry as I want to field a new type of army this year. An all Khorne themed Daemons army with Khorne Horrors, Fiends, Screamers, Plaguebearers and so on. So this is my progress so far: Plague bearers: Black Orc body Pink Horror heads Screamers: Bloodletter Vampire counts crypt horror wings And before that I have been painting a bit: | |

| In the tournament I'll be fielding a different army than usual. No MC's, just a lot of infantry in various sizes and shapes all in a Khorne/Forge of Souls theme. I have found that since 6th ed. came out MC's have gotten a boost and the flying ones even more so people tend to focus everything they got on them. This makes gets them killed very quick and in turn three you've already lost half of your army. In the latest list I ran I had a Thirster, a Lord of Change and a prince that costed 800 points. They got shot to peices before they could do much so that was a big pointsink. This time the biggest things I'm feilding is Bloodcrushers so it's kind of a horde army with 64 models instead of 35-40 as usual. Hopefully this will be a challenge for my opponents. This is the list I'm in the process of building and painting: Herald of Khorne (130pts) Fury of Khorne (10pts), Juggernaut (35pts), Unholy Might (15pts) Building in progress Herald of Tzeentch (115pts) Bolt of Tzeentch (30pts), Boon of Mutation (30pts), Master of Sorcery (5pts) Not build yetBloodcrusher of Khorne (170pts) 4x Bloodcrusher (160pts), Fury of Khorne (10pts) Painted Bloodcrusher of Khorne (170pts) 4x Bloodcrusher (160pts), Fury of Khorne (10pts) PaintedFiends of Slaanesh (190pts) 6x Fiend of Slaanesh (180pts), Unholy Might (10pts) Not build yetBloodletters of Khorne (266pts) 16x Bloodletter (256pts), Fury of Khorne (10pts) Painting in progressHorrors of Tzeentch (95pts) Bolt of Tzeentch (10pts), 5x Pink Horror (85pts) Not build yetHorrors of Tzeentch (95pts) Bolt of Tzeentch (10pts), 5x Pink Horror (85pts) Not build yetPlaguebearers of Nurgle (145pts) Chaos Icon (25pts), 8x Plaguebearer (120pts) Building in progressPlaguebearers of Nurgle (120pts) 8x Plaguebearer (120pts) Building in progressScreamers of Tzeentch (150pts) 6x Screamer of Tzeentch (150pts) Building in progress1646 pts So there's a long way from here to finished. And I don't want to cheat you from a little pic of the progress on the Plague bearers: | |

| I've changed the list a little bit so now I have even more stuff I have to paint. DOH! But I'm slowly getting there. About three days before the tournament was announced I decided to strip all my bloodletters cause I wanted to give them a better paintjob than last time when it was just a speedpaint. This time it's still a speedpaint but still a little different: And the Khorne Plaguebearers are almost done. Just the last five still missing a bit of paint. Instead of making Khorne Pink Horrors I decided to make them soldiers from the Forge of Souls(the place they make Soul Grinders, Blood Slaughterers, Brass Scorpions, etc, etc) and have them as a kind of allies for the Khorne: Here's the Changeling and a Herald of Tzeentch, both with the Forge theme: And last we have the first three Fiends of Khorne: Cheers | |

| After the new Daemon codex I'm taking a little break from them. I really wanted to make a complete Forge of Souls/Dark Mechanicus army but the new dex really disapointed me so I'll focus on some smaller projects for a while. I will post some photos of the army I brought to the tournament at some point. Landed at 25 out of 40 so not as bad as it could have been. Sedition wars. I finally assembled the first bag of goodies(with two Biohazard sets there's alot of figures to paint). So I'll be trying to find a good and simple way to paint them up. Inquisimunda/Death Squads/Legends of the Grim Future. Another IG squad with a distinct Spec. Ops. feel. Just ordered bits and stuff for about 120$ so hopefully they'll turn out really cool. Blood Bowl. And I got a sudden urge to build an Orc Blood Bowl team. Dont ask why! I started out with a box of Nobs and began building the first ones(pics below). Just got me another box so I can make some more and I'm still waiting on the last bits to finish the Linemen and thrower. The heads are from puppetwars. Three Black Orcs: And the first Blitzer: Cheers | |

| Wow. Those heads are fantastic. They really make the models. The poses are really good too. I am excited to see the heads all painted up. Are they microarts? | |
