I love Mai Pei... he is AWESOME! Fish bowl detail is awesome... and the 'hair' color is fantastic!

On Lara Crooft... I think the green shirt being does a severe injustice to your skills. I mean, try a grey with some baby-blue... so we get to see that she has a shirt (and that you sculpted her!).

Other than that... all models are AWESOME! The ninja and kicker are something else. Hehehehe... superb GS skills!

You know Dr!zzt, you modelling is totally ace. But I think there's still some ground for you to win in painting.

I've got the feeling your paintjobs (apart from all the details like the hairs and stuff) could do with a little more highlighting and shading. Right now, your Kroots' bodies are indeed rather flat green. Ever thought of that?

this already is my priority to find a way to pain them more "deep".
here was the first time i use drybrush, now i'm still learning how to us it properly

EDIT: Found some time to paint, and:
-ligther green DB on them made 'em really better.
-blue top on Lara... that was a colour i was searching for!

Inferny; i just imagined a vicious forest hunter... suprising their prey from ambush. I could not work if they're pink.

The modelling is exceptional (I will be stealing lots of these ideas in one form or another)

Drizzt - a suggestion for future models on painting with more depth...

Start with a basecoat a shade or so lighter than what you finally want. e.g. knarloc green
Wash with a complimentary dark colour e.g. thraka green
Block highlights in over the top in e.g. knarloc green
Top highlight in a lighter shade (can't think of the lighter green shade at the minute - goblin green perhaps?).
Then use a thinned down wash of thraka green to draw it all together

You'll get the look of a darker green (your eye gets fooled), but with the 3D variations that happen with a real object.

Love this thread by the way - it is one of my favourites on the forum.

I just finished the second Vulture. as i said before, he's tottaly inplayable (forget entering ANY buildings, hiding of anything alse), i must work on something little bit more compact...
