| Hah! Now That is funny. A third dane! -And mudboy is living very close by. Frederikberg is just the range of a rocket launcher away. It would be easy for us now to make a stand outside of the GW-store, pushing Death Squads, and making the GW-people in their basement freak out because of our cool T-shirts (Which we obviously must don infront of them) Muahahaha | |

They are not all bad, but the ones that are... Don't even get me rollin'
Talk about hitting the nail on the head One of them actually talked me into pre-ordering the War of The Ring rulebook but i got my money back... And why stop at T-shirts? I'll make a banner! Edit; @Mordheimer: Frederiksberg is in Copenhagen

| UPDATED with Skeller's information. Skeller, can you please introduce yourself on the Welcome Mat? That way we all get to know a little about you. Also, I need to know the city and country you hail from. SWEET BABY EMPEROR?!?! Three people from Denmark? I better brush on my Danish... and I don't mean the pastries! I guess I can just nod like the idiot I'm when I go to the GW store with you guys. | |

| Okey dokey folks I'm in! That makes up even numbers aswell Please be patient with me, I'm not the fastest or most experienced painter. I will be painting a model from scratch for this event. I'm hoping 4 weeks should be enough time for me to get something done. I'll most likely be sending an SM scout (close combat and bolt pistol) as I have a few that still need painting. If there are no objections. Da Eavy, England. No preference but a slight lean toward a chaos model as I have none. | |

| YEAY DA EAVY!!! You can send any model you want! On Monday Morning I will PM all the participants with the name of the person you are to send your model. It will be up to you to PM them for their mailing address, to tell them what you will send (or not... I'm NOT telling! Will torture you with anticipation! ) or whatever. NOTE: The per son that you will be assigned to send your model is NOT the person that will send a model to you! All will be random, to be fair. UPDATED LIST! | |

| @Librarian: I didn't buy it, I'm good at saying no, learned that from anti-rape class.. no! *block* no! *punch* NO! *kick*
Mudboy I totally agree with you, I think we should stop posting work in progress and stop talking about it, it spoils the fun to know before hand.

| Well...
If everyone wants, they can PM me their mailing address and I can send the information to whoever gets the assignment. It is a little more work, but I'm willing to do the work. Anyone that does not want to do this, could PM me indicating so, and I would let the person who will send the model to PM them for an address.
I plan to post my WiP pictures on the day of shipping... freak someone everyone out! Then, post the pictures of the model once I get note that the person received it.

| This sounds like just my kind of thing...I do an International Surprise Package Thingy with some of the Guys on TBMF. UNFORTUNATELY my TOTAL ineptitude at posting photos combined with my Demonically Possessed Camera of Continual Contrariness procludes one of the stipulations of the Exchange...the "meaningful" posts thingy raises another point of disqualification. | |

| DeafNala: DEAF!!! Hehehe... Do not worry about the pics... you ARE the Legendary Keeper of the Demonically Possessed Camera of Continual Contrariness after all! The point of that rule is to have pics of the models for yourself and share them with others. If you want to participate, I'm sure that whoever is going to send you his Prisoner will get pictures of his model and whoever gets your Prisoner will take pictures (just like I did with your Blood Angel Terminators)... so we all get to see the models! About the posts... you do have GREAT posts (see Ubergoblins!)... besides, you were the FIRST to post pictures!!! Seriously, you do contribute to the community a great deal.Your work serves as inspiration for others... and the point of that rule (they are more like guidelines) is to have everyone who participates know a little about each other. We all know that you love to paint (to the point that you are a mercenary painter-for-hire), have an illicit love affair with Goblins (who doesn't?!?) and have a very distinct way to paint models (make 'em a statue... then paint them!) What we do not want is someone without any interest in participating on ANY aspect to the community to join the event and not sharing their experience making and receiving the Prisoner. The Prisoner Exchange is about sharing the hobby experience, forging friendships, strengthen our community and... well getting a little something-something! If you want to participate... let us know! I'm sure people would not care that the Demonically Possessed Camera of Continual Contrariness takes only black pictures (hint... take the lens cap off!) EDIT: Please visit and vote on how to get the shipping information on (this thread)! | |

| Thanks for letting me join on such short notice. A squad would be nice, always shoot for the stars my mom and dad told me. However a single squad member will more than suffice, and I am really excited to see what comes. I have acquired a pretty cool mini from a friend that has lots of character, howver I am no good at modding, so unfortunatly it will be paint only. | |

| Did I mention the camera also HATES me? Damned good taste for an inanimate object I'd say. WELL, since photos aren't a necessity...you can count me in. | |

| So it seems I can just start building my prisoner right away.
Or should I wait to see who I'll be sending to and check their preferences?

| In the spirit of Starship Troopers I will keep this piece of advice simple:
Figuring things out for yourself is the only true freedom you have...
Well do what you want man, I have done most of the conversion work on mine yesterday, though it wasn't that much, and will be start painting him today, if you have an awesome idea for something run with that, if you don't then I'd say yes you could wait and see what the person you're being paired with wishes.
oooooh I see I have gotten a PM maybe I know who I'm secret prison warden for now..
