In the spirit of this thread I just ordered some Pig Iron infantry heads and backpacks. For three reasons: firstly, because Forgeworld upgrades are insanely expensive. Secondly, because I've tried to order from them for three times now and for some reason the site won't accept my credit card. Which is weird, considering I ordered Hardened Veterans before.

That alone I could perhaps live with, but what I can't live with is the fact that I've mailed them about it, twice, and have received no answer at all! Yeah, a 'call us and we'll be happy to take your order'. WTF?! As a marketing trainee I just don't get that at all. Someone WANTS to order from you (no further convincing needed!) and you don't either a) fix the damn bug or b) TELL YOUR CUSTOMER that you're working on it. In two days, you mail him again, and you tell him it's done or however longer it's going to take. You don't just let them dangle! Because else, they'll order from someone else! That's right!

Like I'm going to spend cash on calling to the UK, because THEIR site is malfunctioning? I think not.

Right. Needed to get that off my chest.

And so finally, well, because Pig Iron is relatively cheap and a cool alternative!

Ooh, I must see how that turns out. Pig Iron has some cool stuff over there. Especially like the system trooper(head)s, and their vehicles are pretty cool to.

I only order things from Forgeworld when it's a combined order with other guys from my local club. That way I just transfer my cash to an account and then it's not my headache when Forgeworld is being retarded.

The Pig Iron heads are awesome. I had a batch of them once and they where very cool.

On another note. It took me 15 mins. to find this thread so I could post that paintrack. Maybe someone could make it sticky?
That way new members wouldn't miss it...
